Keisha John is Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at UVa: http://as.virginia.edu/diversity-and-inclusion. Prior to this, she served as Director of Diversity Programs for UVa’s Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs. Before coming to UVa she was the Assistant Dean and Director of the Office of Graduate Funding and Awards as well as the Director of the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs at Florida State University. She earned her Ph.D. from The Watson School of Biological Sciences at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and completed a postdoctoral appointment at Rockefeller University.
